2011 Hour of Reflection

Though traveling conditions were less ideal on Jan. 22,  2011,
several pro-lifers turned out for the 38th Annual Hour of Reflection.



Gov. Dennis Daugaard extended a heartfelt welcome at the 2011 Hour of Reflection.
Here, Gov. and Mrs. Daugaard join in singing the traditional Hour of Reflection
closing song, "God Bless America."



The spectacularly restored South Dakota Capitol Rotunda showcases South Dakota
Right to Life's Hour of Reflection every Jan. 22, in commemoration of the millions of
unborn lives snuffed out since the infamous U.S. Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision
in 1973 that legalized abortion up until the moment of birth.
